For the 10th consecutive year, the Australian OSPAs will form part of the Australian Security Industry Awards of Excellence – organised by Australian Security Industry Association Limited (ASIAL).
On Thursday, 30th October 2025, the security industry will come together in Melbourne for the 2025 #SecurityAwards Ceremony and Dinner. This unified event will combine three renowned awards programs:
- 29th Australian Security Industry Awards for Excellence
- 10th Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPAs)
- 14th Australian Security Medals Foundation Awards
The Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPAs) categories for 2025 include:
- Outstanding Contract Security Manager/Director
- Outstanding In-House Security Manager/Director
- Outstanding Female Security Professional
- Outstanding Security Consultant
- Outstanding Security Partnership
- Outstanding Security Team
- Outstanding Guarding Company
- Outstanding Training Initiative
The awards ceremony will shine a spotlight on examples of excellence, innovation, and achievement, fostering a collective celebration of the security industry’s accomplishments throughout the year.
