We are delighted to announce the winners of this year’s Australian Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPAs). The prestigious Australian award presentation took place at the Park Hyatt Melbourne with the Australian Security Industry Awards for Excellence and the 2019 Australian Security Medals.

OSPA winners were selected by an esteemed panel of industry figures who judged entries using the same criteria which is applied across the world.  Each winner demonstrated that they have performed at an exceptional level and has shown their commitment and outstanding performance within the security sector.

Professor Martin Gill, founder of the OSPAs, said:

“Congratulations to all the finalists tonight, and especially to all the winners. They have set examples of performance that reflect well on the security sector. Around the world the OSPAs are showing that security, when done well, is a key component of a top performing organisation and to a safer society. “It was exciting and an honour to be a finalist. Being selected a winner of this award made me feel proud of my team on the initiative we had developed for our students. I felt overwhelmed and happy when receiving the OSPA Award. Having a successful Registered Training Organisation doesn’t happen overnight. It takes years of sacrifice and hard work to be where we are today. Being recognised for our efforts is an honour, and has motivated TAT to set higher goals in delivering security training to students and maintaining operational standards within our business.  We will continue to invest in professional delivery to ensure the standards within the security industry is always recognised.”AYDIN TATProgram Director
