ASIAL and Australian Security Medals Foundation announce collaboration to celebrate excellence and achievement

ASIAL and Outstanding Security Performance Awards (the OSPAs) are delighted to announce that the Australian Security Medals Foundation will collaborate to deliver an event that shares the aspiration to serve and advance the Australian security industry and community.

The collaboration means that the 2019 Australian Security Industry Awards for Excellence and the OSPAs to be held at the Park Hyatt Melbourne on the 17th October 2019 will also feature the 2019 Australian Security Medals.

The combining of the three industry awards programs under a single event will bring together a broad cross section of the industry to provide a memorable evening that celebrates excellence and achievement in our industry.

The collaboration means that the 2019 awards will include:

  • The Australian Security Industry Awards for Excellence – now in their 24th year, the ASIAL awards provide an opportunity recognise excellence in the security industry;
  • The Australian Security Medals – the 9th annual medals awards will recognise acts of bravery and contribution to security professionalism;
  • The Outstanding Security Performance Awards – the 5th annual awards will recognise and reward companies, teams and individuals across the security sector

Also in the spirit of bringing the security industry together, the awards have received the support of Build Australia, My Security Media, Security Electronics, Security Insider and Security Solutions as media partners for the event.
